Cartoon Caricature, GRENADES, Co-Worker Tommy Zee.

Just having fun, translating a former co-worker into a cartoon character. Of course, in doing caricature, it helps tremendously if you actually know the subject. That way, specific character traits emerge in the art that further identify the individual just as much as the likeness itself. Caricature can be mean-spirited at times, harshly exaggerating the subject's features. But I deliberately steered clear of that.
