THE BATMAN: SUMMON THE DARK KNIGHT

A couple years back, I took some time out to work traditionally again, stretching some long-dormant artistic muscles. With the Dark Knight celebrating his 80th this year, I decided to pull this piece, and add some digital polishes (The original was sold long ago.). Because this was never an official assignment from DC, it only qualifies as an exercise, or something done for fun. It also felt good to prove I could still do this.

And I know that Batman standing atop a Gotham City gargoyle with bats flying out from his cloak are hardly original elements. But since I've never done it before, it's new for me. I hope you like it. And thanks for viewing!
