Personal Project, Caricature Art, STAR TREK.

A caricature for the sketchbook of Gordon Purcell, a colleague of mine on DC Comics' adaptation of STAR TREK. What started out as a quick-and-dirty single-page doodle evolved into one of the most elaborate pieces I've yet done for anyone personally. I was inspired by the Mad Magazine caricature styles of the legendary illustrators Mort Drucker, and Jack Davis. I was surprised by how well this drawing came out, and so I decided to keep a copy of it for my portfolio.
